I ordered from reytoz.com and was disappointed when it showed up. The item felt really cheap, the stitching was messy, and it didn’t look anything like what I expected. After about a week, it was already starting to fall apart. At this point, I’m too tired of dealing with customer service back-and-forth to even bother chasing it up. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

As soon as I took it out of the box, I noticed rough edges and a really odd smell. Maybe I’m being cautious, but common sense says a toy like that shouldn’t go anywhere near a child. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my kid play with it, so I threw it away. I won’t be ordering this again

I tried using the site, but it was confusing and really slow. After a while, I started to lose trust that it would actually work the way it’s supposed to.

The shipping was a lot slower than I thought it would be. I kept expecting it to show up and then it just... didn’t, which was annoying. It didn’t arrive when I figured it would, so yeah, the whole waiting part was not great for me...

i mean, I ordered from reytoz.com and had a simple question about my order, but getting a reply from support was basically impossible. I sent two emails and waited a few days, and still didn’t get anything useful back.
It’s frustrating when a site takes your payment right away but can’t be bothered to answer a basic message. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously improve their customer service.

My package arrived all crushed and badly taped up, which made the item look like it had already been used. I wasn’t happy at all, and to make it worse I had to chase them to get any kind of response about it. Really frustrating experience.

For the price, I thought it was good. It was cheap enough, and the quality was okay too, like not amazing but definitely good enough for what I paid

I opened my order and there were literally items in there that I never even ordered. Frustrating and not what I was expecting.

I was frustrated with this one. The parts just didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to, and the instructions were confusing, like a couple steps were missing or maybe out of order. I ended up spending hours on it, and even after all that, it still feels kind of wobbly. Maybe I just got a bad one, who knows, but the whole thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I took a look at reytoz.com and, it just didn’t feel right, didn’t feel clear, didn’t feel like a site I could fully trust. The whole thing came across a bit random to me, and I couldn’t find enough solid info to feel comfortable.

Maybe it’s fine for some people, maybe they’ve had no issues, but I personally wouldn’t risk my money there. There were just too many doubts, too many unanswered questions, and not enough transparency for me.

I returned my order and was hoping the refund would come through quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I had to keep checking and waiting, which was frustrating. In the end, I did get my money back, but the whole experience left me feeling disappointed...

I went on Rey to Z expecting to browse a decent range of stuff, but the selection felt thin. I kept clicking around thinking maybe I was missing something, but nope, come on now, there just wasn’t much there.

A few categories only had a handful of items, and a lot of the products looked really similar to each other. I was hoping for more variety in styles or sizes so I could actually compare a few options before deciding.

The site itself was fine to use and I didn’t have any trouble browsing, but I ended up leaving without ordering anything. If they happen to have exactly what you want, it might be okay, but for me there just wasn’t enough choice.
